Paris Airports

Paris is served by just two main airports which are Orly (ORL) and Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle (CDG). Most international flights will arrive at Charles de Gaulle airport while domestic flights into Paris tend to arrive at Orly.

Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle International Airport has the most transportation options once your flight arrives.  It is connected to the metro area rail, bus, car, taxi, and shuttle. You can plan on a 1 hour journey into downtown from the airport with rail being the best option during rush hour.  A taxi will cost about $75 or 50 Euro.

Orly Airport is also served by 2 rail lines (RER) and buses. This airport also feature a new shuttle service which conveniently takes you to the train station. You can also grab a Taxi to downtown ($50) or rent a car from ORL.
